How we are working during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak

Patient safety is of utmost importance to us throughout the Coronavirus pandemic. That is why we maintain strict protocols regarding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), sanitizing, twice-weekly Lateral Flow Testing & social distancing.

Fresh Air

To minimise any potential contamination to your day-to-day living space, when we visit we would like to work in an area that has lots of fresh air. This can be in the garden, a conservatory, a porch or garage.

Minimal Contact

Before we arrive, we would request that you have a chair in a spacious area for you to sit on (we do not need a chair as we bring our own). As the virus is transmitted by being in close proximity to one another, we have fine tuned our practices to ensure we spend as little time as possible actually in physical contact with a patient.

We will don eye/face protection, a mask, an apron & gloves before we approach you to undertake assessments or treatment. We would recommend that you wear a face mask whilst any physical treatment is being undertaken.

To ensure minimal contact with your home, we will not wash our hands in your house, but will use alcohol gel before & after treatment. In addition, all equipment that we have used (leg rest, stool, bag, etc, will be thoroughly disinfected following treatment.
